This is an article describing the many different ways to get supplies for a concessions business in the carnival. There are many ways to get supplies in a pinch and I know just about all of them. Why do I know just about all of them. Because i have been there all too many times. This lack of supply has cost me money in a variety of ways. Including some ways that i didn't describe because those don't really affect why this article was written. One not discussed is while your gone getting supplies on the fly, your help is off their game, so to speak, because the game is without the normal steps of operation.
