Default US Automakers Not the Only Automakers Hurting

Looks like the US Government is going to bail-out General Motors, but GM is surely not the only US Automaker hurting, as both Ford and Chrysler have seen better days. Still, Chrysler is owned by Daimler, so why should the US government bail them out with US Taxpayer's money: simple answer, they shouldn't. Of course, there are many other foreign automakers that make cars in the US that are hurting in South Carolina (BMW) and in Alabama (Toyota, Mercedes) and in Ohio (Honda) and all of these companies provide mega jobs and are every bit as much a part of our manufacturing base here.
