Politicians & Porsches Make Strange Bedfellows
Washington DC is home to blue nine-month suits, acres of 10-story concrete government buildings and Volvo XC90s. But for all its stylistic conservatism, it also boasts a wealthy bourgeoisie with a wallet for exotic automobiles. I spend a lot of time in LA where, in some zip codes, six-figure exotic cars outnumber Honda Accords.
