Hi all,
need some advice. After a moderately hard bike session i had over the weekend, i woke up this morning to realise that i have a pain on the rear area on my right knee, on the outside. I think it's one of the ligaments there. The pain comes when my leg is straightened fully, and is alleviated when i bend the said knee. Pain is especially evident when trying to stand up after a stretch of being seated. Does this sound like there's a problem with the saddle height? The pain is only on one side though. Would appreciate any suggestions, thanks! Carpe Diem, CoKieE You must register in order to see the links |
