Cycling and peeing
Embarrassing question... please pardon. Am a newbie and will be taking part in the 70.3 next year. Am wondering if i have the urge to pee during the cycling leg, do you guys stop to look for a loo, or just pee as you cycle? What do the pros do in a full ironman, given that the cycling leg takes hours? Can anyone enlighten? Thanks.
