But I am going to put it on hold for a while. : ) This is going to go in my long term plans. I really do truly want this for my life… but right now…. I have made a bunch of really significant changes…. I work out regularly, I quit smoking, I eat on a regular schedule! All new this month, and I want these changes to “stick”. That’s HUGE for me…. lol… I tried this one last night and tossed and turned because it was just so early for me to be in bed!!! : ) For now, my goal is to wake up “earlier”... doesn’t have to be 5… I’m not tossing the goal. I’m going to continue on my 8 hr/night sleep and let myself slowly and naturally readjust.
